did you try to increase the JPEG quality when you export your movie, to a higher number? Also make sure that you uncompress your movie.

The only reaso i dont use the sound object is becouse when the sound is embeded to .swf its a lot smaller. I know it cuts some of the sound quality,but it is good enough.
