First of all you need to think of your target audience, is it for children, funny, dark or Professional poss leading to a career, also do you want the flash or movies to be embeded to only be viewed...

I'm trying to get a picture to fade in on mouse over and then fade out when mouse moved away, I'm using flash MX, any Ideas or solutions would be very much appreiciated :-)
