I suggest you convert the transform scroller to a sprite , separate from your main timeline , and layer your larger pics on the main timeline with _add _remove actions and goto frame...

Probably means the gif transparency was set to a white background .You may have to edit the gif in a graphics editor for a dark (black) background .

Thats because its a Flash (.fla) file . Only Flash can edit .fla files , and Swish will only edit .swi files .
