well, when I have it published as a .gif my settings are:
Set dimensions (900x700)
Playback: Animated repeat 0 times
Options: Optimize colors
Smooth
Transparent: Opaque
Dither: None...

oh okay. I just discovered how to sort of work buttons (like make it change colors when you scroll over it and stuff...) But my main concern is leaarning to animate.

So most flash cartoons on the web are a combination of frame by frame and tweening?
