Which operating system are you using? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

Did you install anything or make any type of change to the computer before the error started?

Did you google -> Error 0xc000007b

and see all the hits?

That file was uploaded FIFTEEN YEARS AGO.... This site has been bought and sold a couple of times since then and apparently the files didn't get moved to the new owner.

The Editor that I report too has resent my original email and some additional information that Brad sent to the IT Department to look for the files.
