Yes it is designed as a desktop wallpaper with swf desktop. Since your wallpaper becomes a flash file it can also do anything a normal flash file on the web would. Link urls, call in data, buttons...

You can do it with a simple load movie command and just call in the SWF file from the server. Much easier.
