I have a couple of MCs. Let's call them MC1, MC2, MC3.

I want to call them and have them do things... like MC2.gotoAndStop(2) for example.

However, I don't want to do this the easy...

I have done that, re-created it from scratch... three times now.
What is it that makes it crash? Is there some update one can download that patches Flash?

Also, cutting or copying the current MC from the workspace result in the same error.

I have made this MC that I intend to use multiple copies of. However, when I open the library and start dragging the MC onto the workspace, Flash tells me that it has caused an error in...

That sucks... ah well, jpeg will have to do.
So how to convert a jpeg to an swf? I need this to be done by the server when the URLs have been specified.

Hey ho,

In my MC, I want the user to be able to specify URLs containing images. Then I want to load and display these images in my MC with specified sizes and suchlike.

I cannot seem to find...
