Yes it is still in development. Yes you can register.

So it stays current, can someone tell us all what the status of this program is? Is it being developed or not? Can someone get a registration code now? Is the originator still involved?

Is version 4.9.8.7 still the latest version or has one come after that?

First, I see no such option to change display. Perhaps it is the level of user? Second in the sample code I posted this line causing the problem:
