i hav a flash website that i want to align in the vertical center of my browser....

i used all possible combos of publish settings in flash cs4 but it dint publish my webpage in center ....

got it corrected by using <div align="center">

your image will be in the library.. try selecting it there and right click go to properties and use losless/png compression...

i made a masking anim using frame by frame animation on the mask layer...


when i exported the swf it was of 83 kb (too huge) and i checked it was all due to shapes in the mask layer....

i changed the font as u said...
i was previously using "segoe print" with style "bold"


i made font "times new roman" and it started working....

i then experimented to check what was going...

i found out one thing if i highlight the default text in my dynamic text box by selecting which shows for about 1 sec then the anim works fine and preloader text is constantly updated as it...

when i run movie i can not see text in my dynamic text box though i am able to select it and if "ctrl + A" it and paste it in my actions panel i can see it contains the text i...

sorry!!! forgot that u can set alpha without necessarily making it a movie clip.. :yikes:

i have a movieclip on stage having instance name 'a_mc'

there is another movieclip inside movieclip 'a_mc' placed on frame 20 of 'a_mc'
which has instance name 'b_mc'


how do i call...

i hav two layers in my flash cs4...
lower layer contains pink color random brush strokes...
the upper layer contains black rectangle...

problem is i am able to see the pink color brush strokes...
