The skip FORWARD button needs to go to the NEXT frame and stop when pressed either when the rotation movie is in play or stopped.

yeah that worked on the play button, but when I hit stop, it stops but go's back to the first frame...I need it to stop at the current frame and then start again from it.

They are using flash and not QT I think, so I figure its only like 36 frames that are in a movie clip and the on_drag just uses coordinates to go between frames...that's how I would...
