My computer is ridiculously fast. if your fps are at 30 thats fine.. then i would decrease the length of the timeline that your box shape change happens, or have the box change with actionscript...

I have a list of videos (streaming .flv) that I play within a browser.. However, when one video is running and I click a button to make a different video play, the audio in the first does not stop...

this site is wicked. cool isn't even the right word.

i want to have the ability to play multiple tracks by selecting them from a list... as well as multiple video tracks selecting them from a list. both.. within the flash movie. both streaming.....
