regarding the flash installers, what we do is embed flash movies into our software (written in c++)... and then we use fscommands to...

within the context of this site, i agree... the colors are too saturated...

here's my thought on "design ripping"...

i work...

the three boxes at the bottom are not the same height... also the distances between them are not equal... this is sloppy...

your text is difficult to read... perhaps you could consider employing...

i dig the mouse over animations for the menu...

you've also got a lot of motion goin' on... and that's okay... if you're gonna use flash, you might as well take advantage of its features, right?
