Upgrading to 4.043 fixed this problem.
I'm trying to create an FLV using Flix Pro 4. I'm using a 14 minute AVI (3GB). When encoding is finished, my FLV file is only 4 min, 42 sec. If I downsample the audio, I get my avi file to 2.92GB....
