Looks like a powerpoint presentation.
try increasing the frame rate, the whole site works well, just needs to be a bit faster, the slowness of it made me think my computer was dying...

The design is pretty cool, You should try using thinner lines and other colors to pull the site together. Try using light grey's instead of pure white.. And a font which works better with the site....

The site is very well done.. only thing u might consider is to have the menu options listed instead of only appearing when moused over.
