TV-Scanlines

Hallo every1,
Even though this ain't no Photoshop forum, i still have 1 question:
How do I get those (peeeep) - tv scanlines without loosing their distance and intensity. I tried with Photoshop(channels; define as pattern) but do I actually need the P-shop at all? Can I make those funky lines with Flash 5(example: 2 advanced)?
Please, answer me, 'cause I'm a line freak.

There is a good plug in that will make lines for you - It's called colorsafe - boxtop web tools - something like that.

how about just drawign them yourself using the line tool, and replicating them down your canvas, then setting a blend and transparency for it...

Try the xenofex filters fo Photoshop.
