Create a new movie -->Background--> try to pick any color --> Doesn't changed. I already download twice this version in meantime to 2 different computers, but same problem persists

    It still works for me

What kind of system are you running, and how many colors is your display?

Also, after you change the background color, try switching to another application and switching back to Swish so the layout window gets repainted.

Also, try removing the "DJJ Holdings" key from the registry using regedit, and re-runnning Swish.

    Cheers, David.

    Ok, we've reproduced it.

I was using the Scene tab, and you were using the Movie tab.
If you use the Scene tab it will work fine, but I'll fix it anyway.

    Cheers, David.

It will be fixed "real soon now"

In the fixed version the Movie tab color corresponds
to the selected Scene tab color. If you change the
color of the selected scene the movie changes and
    vice versa.

Just waiting for Hung-Hsin to fix something...

    Cheers, David.

I noticed already, thanks anyway, I've been playing with this version, and it "kicks ass", I know you are going to have a great sucess at Flash Forward, because you got an amazing product.MM should start getting worried.

All these new features are INCREDABLE...you will blow them away at FF2001.

    Bugs:
Snake Effect: Unless I did something without realizing it there is a bug with the new AWESOME Snake effect. Chances the start angle (just a bit) and somehow the text went upside down, inside out, or something. Perhaps this is a bug with the Rotation instead. This rotation was done in the frame preview mode.

Gradients: will not hold x,y in the properties menu.

Cannot believe you put so many new features in this version. Don't know which I like best.

Hung Hisn: Can't believe you did so much with the Reshaping tool! This is FABULOUS!

David: The sound control is (starting to run out of adjectives good enuogh to describe the new features so have to use)WOW!!!

Thanks a million for these WOW features!

    David & co,
not so much a bug as a question -
How do I copy a sprite from one movie to another?
    I selected my sprite
    Edit/copy
    File/new
    Edit/paste
    - even though it shows in timeline, it doesn't show on the stage at all, not in layout mode or preview mode.
    Any help??

Found it...it is when you select y Fixed or Square in Waveform. The text effect runs backwards, and the letters (forget think they are) mirrored as well.
