HI and welcome !! glad to see peoples joining this forum.
How to get started with flash ?? mmm. this site is THE site to get started with. There are so many tutorials and open source movies here thath you should find what you need !!
one thing : don't worry if the flash tool is kinda weird, you'll need a few time to understand how it works. But when you'll understand, you'll never stop to use it.
last thing : if you ever can find some books about flash , it could help too. And if you got any problem : the moderators of the forum answer fast and well. that's their job.
