I think Eminem is real funny, his lyrics I so stupid!
He says so many stuff in one song, that has nothing to do with the other!
It's funny!
Not to mention how he says funny stuff about other singers...
Regards, Master Shin.

I don't really listen to his music, not really into rap, but I do agree with the fact that I have heard he has some talent. Still, it shadows the fact that he's just another miserable soul making money off of the negative, much like Limp Bizkit, Korn, Slipknot, Kid Rock. People can use their talent however they choose, but it's a sad state when millions of kids worldwide think this is the greatest music ever, yet it is saturated with the artists every attempt to urge aingst in teenagers. For those that love it, they eat it up. For those on the outside looking in, they see it for what it is: a cancer that is eroding the values of decent society. This new wave in the music world glamorizes guns and violence to an even greater degree, continues to degrade women, and continuously has an underlying motive to un-educate young people. England's own Johhny Rotten said it best in an article a while back, regarding Limp Bizkit fans: "They spend a great deal of time unlearning and being victims, ultimately. Theres some people like that in every generation, but this seems to be the majority in this one. Let them enjoy being stupid, because in 20 years time theyre going to be one sorry, sad sack of people, unemployingly ignorant." Johnny Rotten <regarding fans of the group "Limp Bizkit"> Hey, if one of punks founding fathers can still have the sanity to view it like this, something must be slapping him in the face. Well, it's the same thing that gets to me as well: Yes indeed, these people do have talent, but it's used in ways that promote such an excess of negative emotion and attitude that it eventually sells and sells. Now, I do agree that Eminem has some incredible beats, I've heard it a time or two. So I'm not going down on his music. Just look at the people, look at what they are selling you, and then ask yourself, "Am I going to let it get to me?"
Just my opinion...

I just wish he could show more respect to his mother!!

Hey, Since there is about 15,000 more members than there was when this was on the first page, I thought that I could get many more great opinions about eminem.
-
good freestyle skills for sure, will he last much longer? we'll see

My opinion: Eminem is undoubtedly a good rapper and his lyrics are cleverly thought out and often thought provoking. He has allowed the notion of white rap to be accepted again after the embarrasment that was Vanilla Ice. However his moral position is decidedly on a lower rung, and his attitude to many is objectionable to say the least. I am not into rap myself, but I can appreciate it when it is good. I just find myself wondering why some people (and seemingly always rap/hiphop artists) would like to involve themselves in criminal activities, when they could use their music to achieve everything they want?
-
dIgital pHoto dude!
I think his songs are darn good - but he must have been stung on the lip by a wasp or something - theres no need for his attitude when he is like giving interviews!
I can see the point of him having 'no' father - he has really (coincidentaly also called Marshal MAthers!) but he dont talk to him!

I know plenty persons that have no reason to respect their parents. A crappy parent deserves no love.
What kind of mother sues her son?
Still, eminem is a whitetrash punk with nothing constructive to say. Fun sometimes, but there´s too many artists these days that send the message that it´s ok to choose stupidity as a lifestyle.
