Enjoy! Comments and Critiques are most welcomed..

mr. chubby's face/head needs work.. i lost all creative fuel when i came to that.

Anyway.... Thanks for your reply and suggestions.... I will let you as soon as the body finishes and attached with the head either it is in ONE year or TWO years or MORE...... ha ha hahaha ha...

    Take care...
Psst, I couldnt disagree with you more.

People dont need to be "great" to draw.. what would you describe as "great" anyway? I've seen funny papers in broadsheets that involve stickmen.. but they still get published..

You just need a good idea.

Maybe I wasnt clear enough, but.. "the head" is really good, and I've been trying to copy that style on and off over the weekend from you. And I cant pick it up.. yet.

I dont like the idea of art being elitist.. after all.. its just "mark on paper" (I realise now marks on a screen but..) Its the idea behind it that counts.

Sorry for going off on a rant.. I really want to see the rest.

Cheers, to be honest I zoomed in massively on most of it. If you look really closely on the original .fla file it all looks a bit rough but the overall effect seems to work.
    Cheers.

How big *is* the original fla file?

    *thinks about it*

Hmm, i'd expect it to be huge.

Actually, this *really* looks like my desk at home.. MFi jobbie.. except its clean.

It's about 300kb, which is fairly large I suspose. I wasn't really bothered about file size though, I never intended to use it on the internet. I was just experimenting with flash as a drawing tool and got a bit carried away.
    Cheers

    Greetings! Hello Laura,

Oh, you don't know the meaning of "Great"? Amazing

I saw your work and I REALLY liked it.... Thank you, Thank you... you like my head.... I mean, the head that I have drawn... but that the first try.... time is the real problem for me, see, how late I am replying to this post....

Hmmm... you want to steal my drawing? hmmmm.... Let me do something for you..... If you really want it, give me your email, I will send you the .swf file .fla file will be totally junk....

I tried to do paper work then try scanning it, but it seems to be more time taking, so I started directly on the screen....

I have not even started working on it, after that head.... No time I am a poor guy

    Take care....

    Hehe! Nice!
I like the idea of a panda sunbathing. Excellent use of the white space. More pandas!

If you've got a scribble that you've been meaning to put on the board, or are particularly proud of, post it in this thread!

Then all the people I know have been refreshing the board all day (Well, I have) have something to do..

I really want to know what everyone is drawing at the moment. Dont be shy!
Re-reading the above, why wouldn't it be good enough to put in this thread?

Speaking of which, we haven't seen your work in here yet...

You barely avoided a spanking, art.

Hey - playground rules - you can't call someone out without showing what you got.

The work is good - is this more traditional illustration or done mostly in the computer? I like the theme of the second - you've gotta get some work up on your website, man.

    Thumbs up

it's all drawn in photoshop...in scans...just a paintbrush and burn and dodge tools...but all of my websites are drawn in flash and flash only...
