WIN2K and IE 5.5

anyone know anything about a bug with Flash in Windows 2000 with IE 5.5? We're talking a default setup here, no upgrades or service packs.

If your running this setup, the site in question is:

The installed Flash 4 plugin doesn't seem to be detecting properly and prompts you with a dialog to install 'the Flash 4 plug-in'.

It works on every other setup, from macs to pc, IE to netscrape...4.0 - 5.x

I have a client that i cannot make happy, and it sucks..any notes, links, blah blah..will be greatly appreciated!
