    Wanting feedback on my personal site. How does it rank with ones like it? I have been away from Flash (started with ver. 3). Picked it back up. Tell me what you think!

    A couple criticisms about the portfolio section:

    1) In the "next" and "back" buttons, take the text out from the "hit" state so that the buttons only activate when you roll over the diamonds, not on the text. Otherwise when you roll over the text, you get a jittery on/off effect. Try rolling over the words "next" and "back" to see what I mean.

    2) I really like the squishing and expanding effect when you hit the next button. But, when you hit the back button, it looks like it's not the right image that's getting squished!

    Keep working on it. I think it has potential.

    Thank you for the comment... I know that the page is not "Flashy", but I wanted a simple page that even my grandma could navigate. Who knows how "web savvy" a HR person is in a compamy?

    Hey Byran nice site. the only thing I saw was that you missed the param name in the html so you do not get the white square before the movie loads other than that it looks pretty sweet.

    put this in your html in the embed code for the swf file

    <param name=bgcolor value="#000000">

    of course change the hex code to match your color.
