help please

please someone can show me or tell me how to do the movie clip and the waveform load movie thing cause its been 4 days im trying to figure it out how it works but cant i have the load movie extansion intalled and smart clip.
but dont know how to import the .swf made from SWfx for flash4 effect and i'm using flash5 i followed the tutorial about this but againe cant get the movie inn.
please if someone shows me step-by-step how to do from scratch. please
p.s. and i'm sorry if i'm asking to much from you guys
this is my first time i'm using this programs.

Sorry I couldn't get to this sooner, Chief....I'm pretty swamped right now. But check out my new posts on how to load movies.
And remember, I can't flat out teach you how to use Flash, but if you have some more questions after trying what I described let me know.
