If you are referring to the Micrografx program,

I looked at it a year or so ago and it appeared to be really low end. One of the packages in this product is called Simply 3D. I was most unimpressed. Perhaps the current release is better.

If you are looking for something to get started in 3D, the free Strata 3D might be a good place to start.
