    *mooooooooooooo*

*spits cud* Thats really nice ricey! Only thing I can tell ya is that the color of the big circular thing in the ootom right is a little too bright. If you could maybe dim it or give it maybe 75% alpha it would be perfect! Id this gonna be a Q-FX??

Hey, I agree with dimming the sphere in the bottom left, but also, I would suggest trying to reshape the other shapes so they add more depth to the piece. They tend to flatten it. Also, the grid is not helping the depth of it easier. Maybe if the shapes went through the grid somewhere. . . I dunno, just some suggestions. Peace,

ok! None of this Mooo business and crap! I'm sticking to the topic of this thread..hehe
yeah, it looks....well...nice! Just wondering however...what program do you use? and how did you create that circular grid kinda thingy. From what I can see...it looks a lot like Photoshop with its motion blurs, plastic wrap, wave, ditherbox, noise and some text effect filters....am I right?

anyway, yeah it looks nice...ricey boy!

The blue water globe was bryce3D.

As for the circular grid... there's a couple ways to do it. one way to do it is to just draw it using a vector prog. not too hard but a little time consuming.

There were a couple motion blurs in there for the "rainish" effect that i stuck in there.

oh yeah... i took your advice and i have changed it a bit. Now the globe is darker overall but has more contrast. I don't use the ditherbox. i use a different technique to make grids. I posted that in your thread. There were no text effect filters involved... that's all by hand.

I generally dont' use that many filters. It's better to get away from them if you can.

Looks a little better but I still think that you should alpha the water blob a little more to get it darker. Otherwise it's great!
