Swift 3d tutorial???

I could really use a tutorial for swift 3d I just downloaded the trial version and I would really like to make a 3d Honda insignia. Could someone please point me toward a basic tutorial for this program, thanks!!

Draw the honda symbol in ai or flash save it out as a ai file. import it into swift and bam you just add the deapth and the bevel you want and you have your 3D model. Then just save out the swf. If you need specific help let me know. Regards, Bill

the manual comes with the program and from what i remember it includes a couple tutorials. or walk thrus.
