Flash Animation

Guys and Girls, Help would be mucho appreciated.

I am new to flash so forgive me if this is simple.

I have created a start frame with loads of symbols and then a final frame with modifications made to size and effects of some of the symbols. All I want to do now is tween. When I choose create motion tween it moves the contents of the page up so that when you run the animation eveything moves up to the top of the page and then ends with the final frame. WHY DOES THE WHOLE SCREEN MOVE UP WHEN I SELECT TWEEN. It never does this with simple animations, only when I build one's that take hours!!!

did you create the symbols all in the same layer......i believe that flash will only do one tween per layer..are you trying to do more tweens than that?

i had that problem last time too, but now i found out that if u made another layer or just right click to page props n chose background color, the screen wouldnt move up, try it!
