Adobe has forums? heheheeh where have I been? anywho, I got it down but I still have problems making the lines thiner and more detailed.. guess I just have to keep messing around with it til I get it.

Ok here is what I do when I am using Streamline. I take the image into photoshop and up the contrast to get good lines.
I then save it as a TIFF and then open it in Streamline.
Then I convert it. Also if there are too many anchor points you can select the image in Streamline and just go under edit and smooth paths or corners. Then when you have the image the way you want it do a save art as and you will have the option to save it as an illustrator eps so you can take it into illustrator. It seems like a lot but like anthing else once you get the hang of it you will be ok.
If this doesn't help just email me at spw@epix.net and I will
see what I can do for you.
ciao

Hey cool, I will try that out Did you by any chance post a question regarding streaminline on the adobe forums?
-
Nope. Wasn't me. I didn't post anything on Adobe forums about Streamline.
Everything I told you I learned from working with it almost everyday for about 5 yrs!! Streamline is very nice compared to what it used to be.
