xml for flash primer....HELP!

I'm just getting going on flash xml parsing. I have a programming background but am having a heck of a time getting some info to help me get going.

Can someone recommend a good tutorial or website with Flash examples of xml content being sucked in parsed and displayed? Please don't recommend a general XML site again!!

I don't need another explanation of XML - that's easy. Using Flash to get stuff done has been a bit more mysterious. I'm surprised by the lack of entry level discussion and examples in the general community, unless I've been looking in all the wrong places...
