Browser border in netscape?

in IE its full screen, however in Netscape the right and bottom dont stretch to edges? how do I do it? i tried the "no border" setting..didnt help..? anyone??

Add this to the BODY tag of your HTML:
<BODY marginheight=0 marginwidth=0 topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 rightmargin=0>

I've also done all of the above and I also get this problem
in Netscape only. Nothing seems to work. Someone else please
help....it's driving me nuts.

Still no luck, I dont want to use frames, and all the margin etc are set correctly..still gets a border problem..help!!!
