can it be done by url mailto:blabla@hotmail.com

On press/release . put the following into the "go to url" box and thats it.
mailto:blah@blah.com

SWiSH V2 has a Mailto action that lets you fil in specify To, CC, Subject and body (it then does the same as the corresponding goto url action in V1.5 .. just makes it easier).
When you run the SWF, it will open your default mail client with the appropriate fields filled in.

but if you need to do that
most, but not all email clients support mailto: links like this :
mailto:blah@blah.com?subject=hello&body=dear%20sir
use %20 for spaces.
