Scroll Bars...

Ok I am designing my First Fully Flash web page
but I need to add scroll bars.
The tutorials that I have found here only show me how
to scroll text.
Is it possible to make a scroll bar that will
scroll Images, Text, and Buttons?
Where would I find a tutorial on this, or how can it be done?

I think I saw a tutorial for that at turtleshell.com
From my own experience it should be fairly simple, just pretend the pic is a piece of text and do what you would normally to it (advance frame etc....)
