I made my Flash movie on a PC and it works fine there, but when I view it on a Mac the background is black instead of transparent. Anyone know why that is or how I can fix it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

not sure if this has any connection to your problem or not but I thought that you would like to know that if you plan to plublish your movie to the net that transparent background feature will only work in Internet Explorer and not Netscape or any other browser.

That's a big help. Thanks a lot. Will transparent background work on a PC with Netscape? or only Explorer there too? Is there a way to get a transparent background in Netscape at all?

not to my knowledge but that is limited to my experience only "did I just repeat myself"
