If you go to http://www.geneed.com, you can see an example of what I'm talking about. From the homepage, click the link "Molecular Biology" on the right side of the screen. In the movie, I'd like to replicate what is being done in the box called "CONTENTS"--I have the scrolling down, but how do I turn the text into links? Anyone? Anyone? Help? [I have Flash 4]

You can generate an HTML type link in Flash 5, but unfortunately, in 4 you have to set them up as buttons. You can streamline this process somewhat by placing your button inside a movie clip and then displaying the label dynamically through Tell Target, or you can set up each button individually. Making them scroll is then a matter of scrolling any big group of objects -- I'd make all your buttons one big MC and then get and set the _y property to scroll up and down.
