HI THERE, MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DESIGNED AN IMAGE IN FLASH, AND I EXPORT IT TO IMAGE. WHEN I PLACE THE IMAGE IN DREAMWEAVER, THE BACKGROUNDS ARE NOT THE SAME!!!
-HOW CAN I DO IT SO THAT ITS THE SAME?
I HAVE EXPORTED IN THE BEST QUALITY...TRIED NEARLY EVERYTHING...

How do you mean they aren't the same? The image doesn't match the .fla or the Dreamweaver BG? What kind of image did you export, .gif? .jpeg?
Generally, the background will be whatever was in the original .fla. To change this, go into the .fla, modify > movie, and then choose your background color.
But if you want to have a transparent BG, choose a color that comes close to your overall BG color on your webpage, export your image, import that image into Photoshop, delete the BG color, leaving only transparency checkerboard around your image. If you have PS 5.0 or later, go to file > save for web. Choose gif, adjust quality settings to your preference, click the transparency box to activate it, and when you are satisfied, save the image. If all went well, when you import your image to your webpage, it will blend into the existing BG.
