    How to have your form back out of a SUBMIT button?

    I totally ignore it and I would appreciate an answer.

    You need additional program like CGI, asp, PHP to accomplish the feedback.

    You can find at tutorial or movies at Flashkit, or if you want to learn CGI, ASP, or PHP, you can try http://www.webmonkey.com
