Publishing Problem with popup window

I'm trying to publish my site, but in my javascript popup window, you can see not only my stage but also an annoying edge. I've tried everything in settings (match movie, no border, exact fit and so on) but nothing helps. Do you have an idea?

did you set topmargin and leftmargin to '0' in the body of the html page in the popup

Thanx for your reply. No I did not and I don't find it in my index.html. Do I have to insert it manually? Maybe you can spare a minute and write to me what I have to insert and where. Thanx very much.
