    Tentacle Animation

    Hello Everyone! I have this image that I want to apply some effects to. I wanted the tentacles to move in the background of an image like the ones on www.cabanaseguin.com/english/flash.html Does anyone know of a .fla source code or tutorial remotely similar to this one?
