Ok.. Its easy to explain.. the one where it was all fram by fram created and animated and also kept being delayed and delayed and delayed.. its basically all words and text asking when it will come out.. etc.. someone give me somthing pls!

The site im talking about is like an intro.. last time i checked was decemeber so i forget the adress. All i remeber is a intro saying all theese words in white with black bg and all frame by frame created (so they say) its an into talkin bout how Mr.. somthing or other said the site will come out a certain date but it didnt. DaMn this is bothering me.
