flash & html problem

i've got a flash movie
i've got it intro my html page
the flash movie is a menu.
but if i click on the menu, menu only appears in the dimensions of the flash file
the menu is 20 pixels height
but, if I collapse it's 100 pixels height

no, how can i fixe that it only take 20 pixels in height in my html page, because there is content right beneeth the fla file in the html page

please help me!

i know you can do this with layer, but tell me how, i'm using dreamweaver)
