hey good stuff Hobbi your new house looks really neat and $300,000 how much is that in British Pounds?

i wish we had pools at the back of houses in the UK, we can barely fit gardens though

ur lucking to have a house like that, converted it would be about £200,000. which is bloody cheap, over here in uk, to get a house like that in the uk would cost about 500 - 600,000 probably. also there isnt a decent place to have a house like that, especially in luton.

Thats very cheap for a house that big, like gurdas says, with ridiculous house prices here in the UK... well, our house which cost 300,000 pounds when we bougfht it five years ago is now worth approximately 700,000 in the london area.

forget prices here man its like, a 3 bed house here in luton would go for around £100,000, the same house in london would easily be £600,000. also a garage in london was sold for £91,000!!!!!!!!!
