Is the concept, the ideas having a value, a goal, some reason to exist that make a site or another design project, nothing else. This is my opinion. Of course you need technical skills, but just at the service of the concept. If you don't have an idea on the basis, i'm sorry about the efforts you made for your special effects, i've seen too much.
