    what do you think about the menu, the links dont work...

    It works for me. Maybe put the word MENU on the blue dot or under it. I say that because its not readily apparent that you have to click on the blue dot to get the menu to come up. Also, fix the bottom 2 lines on the menu to line up correctly.

    I like the grid and I like the menu concept. Like Bruski said, get those lines to "line" up
    I would also think about doing something with your Title, maybe a smaller font, maybe not dead center, maybe in a line box like your menu.
    .Ie think about where each element is on the page, why its there and what purpose it serves.
    Neat menu idea.
