    how did they do this, and where can I find the info?

    I went to a design exhibtion recently and decided to look at their site,I like the buttons they used, cold anybody tell me how they did it, the site is

    Search the tutorials area- It's a fairly common effect- The size change might be a little challenging- Have you tried the ActionScript boards?
