wheres my actions palette?

ive lost of actions palette, it was there, then it disappeared, nothing will make it reappear, ive tryed every way i know of making it appear and i get nothing - i checked it and uncheck it and get nothing, ive restarted flash and still cant get it, does anyone know the problem?

have you tried going to the windows menu/panel sets/default layout. Then select actionscript panel if it doesnt aitomatically appear.
you may have saved a layout accidentaly without the actionscript panel visible.
