please sound help needed urgently

need help for CD presentation.

i am making a large project for a furniture company. it has product displays of many categories.
For eg: children room, classical kitchen etc.
now each category is very heavy so i have made multiple exe files. 1 exe for 1 category.
each category has diffrent music. the music has been inserted in a layer which is as long as the movie timline. i have given - sync: event and loop:150.

now what is happening is when i go from 1 category to another sometimes the music plays sometimes it doesn't.

what can possibly be wrong. PLeeeeeeeeeeeeease help!!!

Have u tried Sync: Stream? Maybe it will then be forced to play even if it somehow "skips" the first frame when the movie gets loaded.
