    Hey martin,

Just about every third party projector tool will allow you to do this. There is even a good tutorial here at flash kit on how to do this with a resource editor called EXEScope (Although the principles in doing this are the same with any resource editor especially the Freeware resource editor called Resource Hacker which is easier to use than EXEScope and is of coarse free).

anyhow this is more or less the short list of projector tools that can do this (I'm not going to post this again Keywordrojectortool ):

    1. SWF Studio ($100-$139 USD) http://www.northcode.com
    2. Jugglor ($99 USD) http://www.***********.com
    3. Goldshell's Hoolicon ($30) http://www.goldshell.com
    4. Projector Launcher ($69 USD) http://mories.com/flashed.shtml
    5. Swiff Canvas ($99 USD) http://www.swifftools.com

This is the short list of tools that will allow you to swap out Icons from any program including Flash projectors:

    1. Resource Hacker (Freeware) http://www.rpi.net.au/~ajohnson/resourcehacker/
    2. EXEScope ($20 USD)http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA003525/Eindex.htm
    3. PE_Explorer ($99 USD) http://www.heaventools.com/

Also here is a short list of Multimedia tools that can present flash and have a custom ICON:

    1. MMB 4.8 ($45 USD) http://www.mediachance.com/oldindex.html
    2. Auto Play Studio ($299 USD) http://www.indigorose.com/autoplay/

Okay now with that said before you buy a third party tool you need to analyze your needs and potentuial needs in the future. If you are just going to alter the Icons and Menus then you want one of the Resource Editors ( Hint Hint Resource Hacker is free and is actuall a better quality program than EXEScope), but if you want to use more advanced things you may want to consider using either a projector tool or a Multimedia tool (Multi Media tools have a higher learning curve but can do more becuase they have internal scripting languages). If you are completly dense (So much so that you can't figure out resource editors) and only want to change Icons you can't go wrong by using the Goldshell product for $30. If you plan on doing projectors and screensavers then look at SWF Studio and Compare it to the JBundle.

Anyhow I always tell people to research the company before you purchase from them- Especially look at how support issues are handled and how well liscensing and problems are resolved.
