Thread: JPEGs & alpha???

    Can the alpha of an imported JPEG fill be changed??? I cant get it to work just be selecting the fill and adjusting the alpha in the mixer panel

    Im a genius!

    I just figured out my own problem for once! All i did (since my background is black) is put a big black square over the jpeg and adjust the black squares alpha...it has the exact same effect!

    damn... I got my thinkin cap on today!

    If I understand you correctly, all you need to do is to convert your jpg to a symbol in flash.
