Yes that's right folks, our favourite ex webmaster is in a wheelchair. Whilst pursuing his current favourite outdoor activity, ie: paragliding, one young Mr.Fennell attempted a 'special' landing, made a booboo and fell 30ft. Broke both his ankles and there are rumours that he has a suspected broken lower back. He is ok, and should be on his feet in a few weeks I believe. True Fennell style.

On the side though it proves my theory that if human were meant to fly we'd have wings

Ouch -- hope you're up and about soon.

Of course if you were a real man then you'd strap that wheelchair to your hang glider and get straight back in the air!

Holy smokes! Godspeed in your recovery. Glad you also didn't suffer a heart attack as I'm sure alot of us would have!

Chair gliding? <looks around at everyone> Anyone else have the feeling Mark's gonna try to see if he can't make a sport of the four flights of stairs and his new chair?

Now there's an idea! Don't think a hang-glider would fit indoors though...maybe a zip line...or abseiling down the stairwell...?

From what I hear, Mark's somewhat of an 'extreme sports' type ~ I don't put anything past him

I hate it when that happens!
