    Yes, yes, yes, no problem.

Click, add new scene (highlight it), and use the arrows to move it up to the top from where it is, I was elated when I figured out 'the Arrows'. Moves scenes up and down, in line.

Also, moves items in a scene, up and down in line. great.

I think that what you wanted to hear, right.

An after thought, but the preloader I used in you SWI, I copied, Cut and paste in there, from another SWI. sneaky.
    This works great too.

People with narrowband connections 56k and below
(as opposed to broadband) please let me know if my preloader worked. the file is about 460k.

    Roguenroll signing in from work.

    The preloader works but.......

I wish I had good news on the movie, on my rather slow 56K at work it took about 1 minute (maybe a little more) to load. and then as it ran it would bog down as each picture got to its biggest scale.

Basically after Humphrey, it kind of lost its pizzaz.

I'll check it throughout the day, I could be at an unusually slow time.

It loaded a little quicker, but the movie still bogs.

try http://www.balthaser.com ... their online jobs section has something similar to what you are trying to achieve.

FYI, it took about 1:29 before main movie started at 36K.

Unless you planned for the projector sound to continually
pause/stop during preloading, you may want to tweak the
loop or how you're doing it (or cut the end of it shorter).
Glad you used the idea :-)

I also found it bogged a bit here and there...maybe due
    to the slow connection.

    thanks guys for the feedback
what I did now to help it play a little faster was to set it in an html pageso that it keeps its original sizes.
when you played it was it playing as full screen. because that would bog it down also.
try this out and let me know.
Ill get this right one day.

I finally got around to updating this movie so it should work on lower bandwidth systems. Please anyone with a 56k or less connection, give a look and tell me what you see.
    thanks

The load is still a 'tiny' bit long on a 56k, at least my mine. But after that she's purrin' like a kitten.

I find it kind weird, (with the projects I've done, that a relatively simple project takes a while to load. And then
I see some of these sites and it looks like the 4th of july, on steriods, and it loads in like, 20 secs.

They must know some optimization. I need to look into that.

ADC2001: It tool about 1:39 on a 36K. The projector sound
is still cutting in and out during preload. Suggest also
putting a KB file size along with the "Movie Loading".

R&R: "4th of July on Steroids"... funny :-)

Thanks for looking at it. I am going to put the K size like you said and I figured out why the projector stops and starts. Because I looped the preloader page, where it loops at I must have inserted a stop all sounds event by mistake. I will repost it once again. Glad to see the R&R nickname took so well R&R.
    thanks guys.

I think I finally got it. I fixed the preloader and took the transformations down a bit so there not so content heavy. Let me know once again.
