Hi
I am trying to create a website that has small (50x12) gif's with text. Nothing fancy - just plain text..
I am using Photoshop to create the text-gif's but when I import my gif's into Dreamweaver or Frontpage the actual text on my gif look strange (some letters af half-missing, others compressed...).
I have tried to toogle the alias and all that but nothing helps.
Is it because I use photoshop and if so, what program is better: Illustrator or Flash or...? (I dont want to embed my gif into flash).
Thanks in advance

the problem is not the program. couldn't say exactly waht it is w/o seeing, but my guess is one of the 2:
1. you're setting the image at a different size than it was created. if you create an image at 100x50 pix and put it on a page at 50x25 it will look weird
2. you're not using antialias in your photoshop text. but you should be able to see this before exporting...
hope it was some help---
